River Plate 1998/99 Home Shirt

River Plate's home shirt from 1998/99, in white with the famous red diagonal sash, worn in the final seasons of Ramon Diaz's first spell as manager. Diaz won the 1996 Copa Libertadores and the 1997 Supercopa with River, along with several league titles, and the club won the Apertura again in 1999.

Marcelo Gallardo wore the shirt in these years before leaving for Europe in 1999. A shirt from the glory years of the late nineties at the Monumental.
