PSG's 2016/17 away shirt by Nike was a bold all red design in two shades of red, with blue trim on the collar and sides and the Emirates logo across the chest, worn in the first season after the departure of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Unai Emery's side lifted the Trophee des Champions, the Coupe de la Ligue and the Coupe de France, and Edinson Cavani scored 49 goals in all competitions, 35 of them in Ligue 1.
It was also the season of two of the most talked about Champions League nights in recent memory. PSG beat Barcelona four goals to nil at the Parc des Princes, then lost six goals to one at the Camp Nou in the famous Remontada, and finished second in Ligue 1 behind Monaco.
