This long sleeve home shirt was worn across two of the most important seasons in Manchester United history. In 1992/93 United were crowned champions of the first ever Premier League, ending a wait of 26 years for the league title, with Eric Cantona arriving from Leeds in November 1992 to inspire the run. A year later the same design carried the club to its first ever League and FA Cup double, sealed by a four goals to nil win over Chelsea in the final.
Made by Umbro, who took over from Adidas in 1992, the shirt carries the Sharp sponsor and a classic lace up collar. It was worn by Ryan Giggs, Lee Sharpe, Brian McClair, Peter Schmeichel and Cantona himself.
